1. Copyright Acknowledgment:

The user acknowledges that all digital files, including but not limited to, videos, documents, and multimedia files (collectively referred to as "Digital Content"), are protected by copyright law. The copyright in these materials is owned by PageantVision or its licensors and is protected by national and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.

2. Grant of License:

Upon purchase of a video package, PageantVision hereby grants the user a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, access, and view the Digital Content strictly for the user's personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and does not grant the user any rights to distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise share the Digital Content with any third party.

3. Restrictions on Use:

The user agrees not to use the Digital Content in any manner that would infringe the copyright of the Digital Content or in any way that constitutes copyright infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, the user may not:

Notwithstanding the above restrictions, the user is permitted to share the Digital Content with coaches or mentors (collectively referred to as "Authorized Reviewers") solely for the purposes of review, feedback, and coaching in a private non-commercial context. The user must ensure that all Authorized Reviewers agree to maintain the confidentiality of the Digital Content and not to use, share, distribute, or copy the Digital Content for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement. This provision does not extend to the public distribution or commercial use of the Digital Content. The user acknowledges and agrees that Authorized Reviewers do not include other pageant contestants, their families, or any individuals solely affiliated with other contestants in the same pageant. This does not allow Authorized Reviewers to share these files in any way, including on social media or with other contestants.

4. Special Provisions for "In the Spotlight" and "Interview" Videos:

Notwithstanding the restrictions mentioned above, users who have purchased "In the Spotlight" or "Interview" videos are permitted to share these specific videos on social media platforms or other public spaces, provided that such sharing is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes from an account owned or operated by the pageant contestant featured therein. This permission does not extend to any form of business advertisement, promotion, or any other commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property:

The user acknowledges that all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Digital Content, including any intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of PageantVision or its licensors. The terms of this Agreement do not transfer any title or ownership of the Digital Content to the user, but only a limited license to use the Digital Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

6. Termination:

PageantVision reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the license granted hereunder if the user fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the Digital Content and delete or destroy all copies of the Digital Content in the user's possession.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Digital Content, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
